Homme+ offers worldwide shipping. Orders are processed for dispatch Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CET). Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Find out more about our Shipping policy.
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with an order, the item(s) may be returned for a size or colour exchange or refund within 14 days of the date of delivery of the goods. Please refer to our Returns policy for exceptions.

Register the item(s) you wish to return using our online portal. Go to RETURNS to start the process.
Once the process is complete, you will be emailed a return label. We will happily exchange your item or issue you a refund for all or part of your order.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We offer Klarna, which allows you to spread your payment over a period of time.
Please note that orders shipped outside the European Community will be delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to duties and taxes. In this case, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend that you contact your local customs office to establish a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.
Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process which are beyond our control.
We work hard to ensure that your order is processed quickly. We do this to ensure that you receive your order in the quickest time possible. Once you have placed your order we are unable to change or cancel it.
We do offer returns. The item(s) must be registered on our returns portal within 14 days.
Please keep your proof of postage until your return is confirmed by email.
We offer direct exchanges in size for the same product. If you would like to exchange your item for an entirely different product, you must return your original item and place a new order. Depending on the option you choose during the returns process, we will issue you a store credit immediately once your items are approved or issue a refund to your original payment method.
