How do i place an order?
Making a purchase is easy. Simply click on a product photo or product name to see more detailed information. On the product page, you can select the size and quantity you desire and click ‘add to shopping bag’. When you are ready to place your order, select “proceed to checkout”. Before completing your order, please check your order and shipping details carefully. If you want to add or edit the delivery address, click “new address”. After confirming your order, you will be automatically taken to the payment page.
Are the products offered in HOMME+ authentic?
HOMME+ is an authorized retailer of all the selected brands on the website and in the Ibiza store. All items offered are 100% authentic. 
What do you do with my information?
We use your info to fulfil your order accurately and to improve your shopping experience. All the information you share with us is totally private and confidential. We respect your privacy and never share this information with anyone, except in connection with your order and at no point we share, rend or sell your personal information without your consent. What payment methods are accepted?
We accepts the following payment methods:
  • Credit/debit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, MasterCard Debit,American Express and Maestro.
  • Paypal: By clicking on Paypal, customers will be transferred to the PayPal website and can pay directly with their PayPal account.
    HOMME+ reserves the right to process orders only if the shipping address matches the address verified by Paypal.

Do I have to pay duty and import charges?
Deliveries outside of the eu may be subjected to local import taxes, which are under your responsibility where they apply.
How can a parcel be tracked and what are the delivery times?

HOMME+ ships worldwide via DHL Express.
Once the parcel is handed to DHL, customers receive an e-mail with the tracking number (AWB) relating to the order and the estimated delivery time is within 72 hours.
To monitor the status of an order, please visit the official DHL website and insert the tracking number sent via e-mail in the “Track Your Shipment” area.

How can an order be cancelled?
Depending on the status of the order, it may be possible to cancel an item or the entire order.
The cancellation request has to be submitted to ibizastore@hommeplus.eu
How can an item/order be returned?

Customers can return their orders, entirely or partially, within 14 days from the delivery date. Items can be returned both for a size exchange or for a refund.
Customers should send an e-mail to ibizastore@hommeplus.eu requesting a Return Authorization.
The request must include the following information:

- Order number

- Item code

- Reason for return

Our Customer Service will then provide the necessary documents to proceed with the return.
