GENERAL INFORMATION

At HOMME+, we ship worldwide, except to certain African countries. In addition, due to the current situation, we do not ship to Ukraine, Belarus, or Russia.

We provide a tracking number for all orders placed online. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update confirming the shipping details, including the associated tracking number.
Please note that this information may take approximately 24 hours to update.

TAXES AND DUTIES 

  • The prices applied are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
  • Please remember that shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and customs duties (DDU – Deliver Duties Unpaid) based on the regulations of the destination country.
  • The buyer is responsible for any import taxes or customs duties that may apply to their order. These costs are determined solely by customs, and HOMME+ has no control or prior knowledge of them.

SHIPPING COST AND DELIVERY TIMES

In general, we usually take 1-2 business days to process an order. Delivery times depend on the transport and destination. Please note that these are standard times and may be affected by special dates such as Easter, Christmas, sale period or other holidays.
The shipping company will depend on the delivery destination. 

The following delivery charges do not include import costs or tax fees for non European countries. 

  • Spain: 8 € (1-3 working days)
  • Europe: 20 € (2-7 working days)
  • United Kingdom: 20 £ (2-7 working days)
  • USA: 35 $ (3-8 working days)
  • Rest Of The World: 40 € (3-8 working days)
