Refund policy

General return conditions

  • You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your items.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
  • If you receive an item without a tag or with a defect, you have up to two days to notify us via email at: ibizastore@hommeplus.eu
  • Shoes must be returned with their dust bag and original box inside a shipping box.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel, underwear, or swimwear, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products and cosmetics), fragrances and candles, earring, piercings and home products (including books and magazines)
  • Gift Cards are not refundable.
  • If an item has a defect, we will try to repair it. If that is not possible or if it is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
  • The return shipping costs and import duties (if applicable) will be covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and including all necessary documentation labeled as "RETURNED GOODS - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" to avoid customs delays on international shipments.
    Please note that you remain responsible for the shipment until it arrives at our offices. Any extra charges incurred by us will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Unfortunately, final sale items are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases.

Refunds
 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will refund the total minus the original shipping and return costs (import duty fees when applied). 
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


To ensure your return is processed, all conditions must be met. Otherwise, we may not be able to accept it, but we will always do our best to assist you.
